Bread & Cereal Symposium, S. Africa

This symposium is the initiative of the South African branch of the International Association for Cereal Science & Technology (ICC-SA) with the SA Chamber of Baking (SACB) and the American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC).It is the fourth in a series that brings together cereal producers, cereal scientists, millers, bakers, technologists and suppliers in South Africa.
The conference will be held at Caesars Gauteng Hotel Casino and Convention Resort, 26-28 October 2004, and will include papers, poster sessions, trade display and networking opportunities for delegates, students and suppliers.
