Newport Scientific Europe Ltd. and Foss Benelux B.V. seminar on Starch Functionality and Viscosity Measurement will be held in Amsterdam on 25-26 March 2003.

Topics include starch functionality, behaviour of starch based products, and non starch polysaccharides using the Rapid Visco Analyser. The focus will be on users of the RVA presenting their own information in a forum setting plus a practical session with applications workshop.
