Demonstrations of New High Sensitivity RVA FoodPro 2005, Darling Harbour, Sydney.

Meet Newport Scientific at stand 6016 at the FoodPro 2005 exhibition, where we will demonstrate the new high sensitivity viscometer, RVA-Super4. The FoodPro 2005 exhibition will be held 10 - 13 July 2005 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour.
RVA-Super4 was designed for the food, cereals and starches industries and is suitable for high sensitivity viscosity experiments right down to 10cP for the analysis of hydrocolloids and other food ingredients, and low viscosity foods such as soups, sauces and beverages.
RVA-Super4 can test viscosities right up to 17,500 cP for analysing degree of cook of extruded foods and melt tests such as processed cheese characterisation.
Its wide viscosity range and stirring speed range also allow the RVA-Super4 to be used as a convenient, low cost "miniature pilot plant" for product and process development and trouble shooting in the food industry.
